Please contact us via telephone, email, or fax for all pricing needs. Quantity discounts may be available. Written quotations are valid for 30 days. Clerical errors are subject to correction.

Terms
Net 30 day terms are extended to customers with approved credit and a signed credit application on file. Please contact our customer service department. For your convenience we accept Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express® and ship C.O.D upon request.

Shipping
Unless instructed otherwise, orders are shipped UPS® Ground. We prepay and add shipping charges to your order. Motor freight shipments are F.O.B. shipping point, freight collect.

International Customers
START International welcomes global customers. Payment methods include a wire transfer or credit card. Please contact us by telephone, email or fax for more information.

Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee that our products will perform to the published specifications. Please contact customer service for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA#) within 15 days of purchase if a return or exchange is required. Packages without prior authorization may be refused. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in manufacturer’s original packaging, in resalable new condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of credit. We do not accept returns on special orders. Restocking fees may apply. This policy may be altered for special circumstances.
